Some Sort of Solemn SolitudeSilently I slide away. With a rush, I am pulled back. Perhaps it was to prolong the problems that pollute the seemingly petty path on which I profusely traverse. I search for a sudden sign to bring relief into my mind, but, to no avail, I am left helpless, hopeless, and still yearning to find the answer to the questions I pose to the One who they say will heal. Days advance, and the sound of yesterday's guilt still haunts me, calling out in broken phrases. I won't point my fingers aimlessly though, for there is an unforgiving lust that lures me back into the shadows. I fight with clustered fists. I cower with flaky courage. Some Sort of Solemn Solitude
